Klompching Gallery – FRESH 2011

WOW!! I received a phone call from NYC gallery owner Debra Klomp Ching, who informed me that of approximately 300 entrants, I was one of four photographers chosen for Klompching Gallery’s first annual open photography exhibit FRESH 2011. I’m still pinching myself! Ouch…

Klompching Gallery is considered a dynamic force in the contemporary fine art photography scene in New York.

The jurors for this exhibition were the esteemed W.M. Hunt, New York based collector, curator and consultant, as well as past principal of Hasted Hunt Gallery (now Hasted Kraeutler), and Darren Ching, Creative Director of Photo District News and co-owner of Klompching Gallery.

The four images that were accepted are:

In addition to the FRESH 2011 exhibit at Klompching, the well-respected Fraction Magazine, produced by David Bram, will feature a special online edition of its magazine for the exhibiting photographers with an introduction by W.M. Hunt.

FRESH 2011 will hang at the Klompching Gallery, July 20 – August 13, 2011.  Opening reception will be held on July 21, 6:00pm – 8:00pm. I hope to see you there!!
